Disneyland

Well as all of you probably know, I went to disneyland for an orchestra tour I suppose you could call it.
Oh yeah before I go into that I asked the most amazing woman to prom. (stephanie)
I asked her with a giant egg that said 'Stephanie, I would be eggcited to go to prom with you' filled with smaller eggs and you were supposed to look through them all until you found the one that said 'from sam' well apparently stephanie found it in the first one. LUCKY.

Okay on to disneyland, I'll try to remember everything but I'll probably forget some stuff.
We left around 12:45 on friday after school. I went on the charter bus first (we had one charter bus and one school bus) and I sat in the back with christian and ben. I basically just read the maze runner and listened to music for most of the ride. I had a bagel for lunch and for dinner as well as some fibre bars. I don't really remember much about it but I watched some avatar episodes with ben nearing the end of the trip. We arrived at around 2 am I believe? I grabbed my stuff and went up to my room. I was sharing a bed with ben and a room with joe and daniel (foreign exchange students). I went to sleep after that and woke up at around 7:30. I ate breakfast and took a shower and got ready and stuff. Then I boarded the bus with my group for disneyland. My group consisted of: mrs. hendrickson was our chaperone, with ben, christian, owen, vanessa, mikaela, jenna, tage, willow, and mckenna. It was a pretty awesome group, all of them were pretty cool. We went into california adventure first and the first ride we went on was the tower of terror which is like a super fast elevator that you are sitting down in. It was pretty awesome. We went on soarin and the one water ride I forget, and they were pretty cool and other rides I'm not remembering. I don't remember anything particularly eventful this day but we went back at around 5 and I got groceries, ramen and tangerines what a delicious meal for the next few days hehe. then we went back to disneyland and went on more rides and such then the last ride we went on was big thunder mountain. we got back on the bus and went back to the hotel at like midnight. I was looking forward to some sleep but some other foreign exchange students came over and it was like super loud and noisy. I eventually went to sleep though and woke up at around 8 I think.

Basically same morning as before but I got dressed for church. We went to just sacrament meeting and it was pretty awesome. This one guy was new to the ward and recognised by the bishop, and he said he was from lindon I think. So vanessa started clapping and said 'welcome home' or something like that. everyone was like what in the world and I was sitting right next to her so I started laughing pretty hard. Now everyone just like claps whenever she does anything so that's pretty hilarious. Then it was testimonies and this one lady got up and started talking about how she never got the chance to read the book of mormon until she went to jail. she just basically said how she shared the scriptures and gospel with people and how it was uplifting or something. then she got out of jail, and went to prison very shortly after. she got to read the scriptures a couple more times though and had more opportunities to share the word. That probably made my whole week because it was interesting to say at the very least. After sacrament meeting I got changed and we went to the farmers' market. I didn't buy anything but there were a lot of awesome stuff that I kind of wanted to buy but I only had my debit card and it was sunday. There were a lot of people like holding signs saying how the end of the world was in 40 days. on christian's birthday apparently. they were like we have so much bible proof but they also advocated not going to church, which is never said in the bible. that was pretty funny but after that we went to like that one street with the stars on the sidewalk and the chinese footprint place or something. We went to the mall, we went to the hello kitty store first, which was pretty awesome, although I didn't buy anything, then we went to this one stone store where I was thinking about buying something for stephanie but it was like birthstones and they had none of them for november. so sadness. but I got over it. We took our picture with the hollywood sign and then like walked back to the bus. we went to the holocaust museum which was really cool but super sad at the same time. then we went to the pier which was probably the highlight of the night. the beach and ocean are just awesome. I was reluctant to leave but we went back to the hotel at like 10 I believe. I had pizza for dinner and rootbeer floats. I showed friday to mikaela and jenna who hadn't seen it before and it was pretty hilarious. My roommates (other than ben) went to rickys and julios room instead so it was much quieter and I went to sleep easier.

The next morning was another day at disneyland. Woke up and did the same thing basically then off to disneyland. today kelton joined our group he's mrs. vincent's son, he plays bass. We went on a lot of rides again, I got my fortunes from esmerelda, two of them, one was depressing the other was meh. I was too cheap to really buy anything from disneyland, so I like hardly ate anything other than some oranges and fibre bars for all the days I was there. Oh I also got icecream and it was pretty nommy. We were going to watch the fireworks show but it got delayed like for 15 minutes and then it started for a couple minutes then stopped. oh well it was all good. then I went to the hotel and  slept but the foreign exchange students came over. we got to sleep though so it's all good.

Woke up and was like super nervous. today was our performance. I got my tux put together and packed it on the bus with my viola. I didn't have enough time to do any practising so I was like scared that I would fail. We went to disneyland and went on some awesome rides then at like 11:30 we ate lunch. I got a pizza because I figured I could use food for the performance. Then I got a gift for stephanie mwuhahah. We followed this one guy into the back of disneyland. I was scarred for life because the green background behind toon town WAS FAKE. ALSO THERE WERE DISNEYLAND PEOPLE SMOKING I WAS LIKE NOOOOOOO. oh well we got our instruments and surprisingly mine was in tune for the most part. I hadn't tuned it since we left utah so that was pretty surprising. I got my tux and stuff on and then we took a group photo. Then we got our instruments and rehearsed for a bit, I felt a lot better after my fingers were warmed up and I actually was able to play some of the stuff. We left and went over to perform. We saw this one pirate guy and someone said 'nice tights' and he was like 'THEY AREN'T TIGHTS THEY ARE SOCKS' and we all laughed then we went and performed in this one plaza place. It was semi depressing because most of the people watching us were parents. no one really has appreciation for fine arts. oh well. We went back and saw the pirate guy and I was like 'hey look it's the tight guy again' and he's like 'SOCKS' I laughed a bit then we went back. we chilled for a bit and ate sandwiches. Then we recorded some disney songs which were easy but took some work to like sound really good. After the recording we got some shirts and pins and a dvd of our recorded stuff and a plaque and some other stuff. twas cool. Then we packed up our instruments and went back to do stuff in disneyland. I got some more icecream at some point and then we watched the world of colours show. It was pretty awesome really amazing how they like projected stuff onto water and made the water all different colour looking. It was awesome until mckenna like was getting really weak and stuff then we went to the first aid. It was very interesting and I was like ahh. She just like needed food though because she has like a weak metabolism or something. Owen and I ran to get some food. We got some chicken and rice bowl and then mckenna had some and she started feeling better. We hung out in the first aid for a while then switched to the disneyland first aid because california adventure closes at 10. We hung out for a little more than took her on a wheelchair back to the bus. She went to sleep like right after that so that was good. We got to the hotel and then I got to sleep pretty quick I guess.

I woke up and ate breakfast and stuff. then got on the bus. I got to go on the yellow bus this time. I just listened to music and read books the whole way. This one place we stopped at everyone got moustaches which were awesome. Then we left and I watched mlp with some other people. It was awesome. Then I fell asleep and some people in front of us started playing truth or dare. I was asleep but they started asking like inappropriate questions (not sure what no one told me) then the chaperone was like 'stop' but they didn't so we had to segregate for buses. I didn't get back to sleep after that but oh well. then we arrived at maeser and I got home and slept! huzzah. and yes that's all I think. without making this post 500 pages long. too lazy to put it all down or something.

This is cheesy but I really do feel the same way, it's like I'm super lame and Stephanie is the awesomest, mrs. right or perfect, which I will have to say obviously no one is perfect, everyone has flaws, even though I can't really think of any off the top of my head...so yeah, next song!

The first part just is optimistic which just helps me out when I'm feeling really down, that the sun is still there.
The second part just reminds me of how much I love being with Stephanie.

I'm pretty bad at expressing myself, hence the 0 blogs in the last month, thankfully I have Daniel to help me out with all his songs. 'You're everything that's good to me' Lately it feels like this is true, life is all dreadfully boring and dreadful and stuff...except Stephanie! Maybe I don't know everything but 'I guess there's just one thing that's true Above the rest - that I love you' And it's true I love Stephanie (the most) =D

Stephanie has really shined in my life, and has made me loads happier, probably the happiest in my life.

Stephanie has really helped me through a lot of difficult things that have gone on, and has given me tremendous motivation. Not a crutch but a reason, if that makes sense.

I'll commend anyone who made it through that wall of cheese, but cheese is good.
